Your Role Accountabilities
· Monitor and forward inquiries in the general department inbox and respond to department calls. Managing the studio access list for trades to enter production space. Supporting Operations managers and coordinators with creation of shoot logistics paperwork.
· Scheduling studio lot conference rooms, checking in on the rooms before and after meetings, putting in maintenance tickets for clean up, coordinating with custodial to service the rooms, and arranging furniture relocation in conference rooms as needed
· Support general office upkeep including ordering office supplies, stocking the pantry, organizing storage rooms, and distributing incoming mail to the right people. General administrative support
· Assemble daily call sheet packet, collate call sheets coming from production into one overall document with custom top sheet and distributing call sheets across studio staff.
· Inputting general work orders and maintenance tickets into ServiceNow portal on behalf of Studio Ops team. Following up and chasing tickets when necessary. Supporting Parking department on all forms and paperwork.
 
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 1-2 years in film or television production, or experience at production facility, required.
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs. Must be able to learn other specific programs needed for client service
· Previous Salesforce and Xytech, MediaPulse experience a plus
· Background should include experience with production life cycles, terminology, and set hierarchy
· Enthusiasm and acuity for logistical problem-solving, often in a very urgent timeframe
· Collaborative, team-first approach, applicable to the Studio Operations department, the division of Warner Bros. Studio Operations, and all occupants & guests of Warner Bros. Studios.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on details and record-keeping.
· Attention to detail with a client focused approach to support our myriad production teams
· Ability to balance confidence in one’s project management skills with an openness to seeking new information and developing added skills on a near-constant basis
· Work environment is fast paced and continues to evolve.
· No lifting, but in rare situations, there will be a physical requirement to walk stages and exterior sets for purposes of either inspection or escorting a production client to view our facility.
