Description: • Handles the execution of all phases of the daily administrative operation of Costume rental billing and new account administration utilizing the RTPro software on remote desktops. • Reviews and processes new account requests. Identifies opportunities to convert COD accounts to A/R where appropriate. Verifies all new account setups, including COD accounts managed exclusively within the department. Expedites high-risk requests to management as needed. Utilizes RTPro and Square POS for processing. • Provide knowledgeable and excellent customer service to encourage customer satisfaction and retention. • Interfaces with Finance and A/R Depts. to reconcile monthly Direct Bill and Error reports, A/R correction requests, reconciliation of the Unearned GL, future development, and management of bill codes and multi-GL billing. Interfaces with EFS and Treasury on check and ACH payments and fees relating to merchant processing. Sets up new vendors in SPARC. • Participates in training of Clerks for Rentals Department. • Prints on demand sticky barcode labels in various sizes.
