Special Projects Coordinator – Burbank
The IATSE Training Trust Fund (TTF) is looking for a full-time Special Projects Coordinator to work on the Curriculum Team in tandem with our curriculum developers and video production company as well as conduct outreach, coordination and tracking for select training programs of the IATSE Training Trust Fund. This position reports to the Manager of Curriculum and Learner Content.
Organization Overview:
The IATSE Training Trust Fund is a non-profit ERISA labor management training fund that envisions a workforce with the highest level of training in skills, safety, and craftsmanship, available across the IATSE jurisdiction. Our mission is to promote industry-wide recognized standards for safety, skills, and craftsmanship in the entertainment and exhibition industries by:
• Providing training that improves existing skills, develops new skills, embraces technological change, and focuses on the safest way to perform the work of the crafts
• Supporting training opportunities to all employees working under the jurisdiction of the IATSE
• Developing state-of-the-art training tools, resources, and methods
Responsibilities:
· Outreach to beneficiaries, local unions and employers for assigned IATSE TTF programs and resources.
· Work on editing, reviewing and tracking the multiple projects in development by our curriculum development and video production partners.
· Coordinate, implement and track IATSE TTF programs and trainings as assigned (including but not limited to applications processing, coordination with vendors and course tracking)
· Work closely and communicate with program beneficiaries, local unions, employers and instructors/vendors on the assigned programs/resources
· Other projects as assigned by the Manager of Curriculum and Learner Content
Minimum Qualifications
· Education: BA
· Experience: 3+ years working for a non-profit, training/education or labor organization coordinating and/or implementing programs. Background in curriculum, editing, education or production work a plus.

Salary: $78,000
